Meet the Cell Squad

The core organelles of a cell, each with one clear job: Nuclea (nucleus) gives the orders, Mito (mitochondria) makes energy, Ribo (ribosome) builds proteins, Membra (membrane) guards the door, Cella (cytoplasm) fills the space. One level up from Meet the Macromolecules on the Vivix ladder.

Deep inside you, smaller than a speck, A tiny cell is buzzing, a busy little deck, Meet the crew who run it, each one with a job, The Cell Squad's on duty, and nobody's a snob!

Nuclea's the boss, sitting in the middle room, Holding all the orders, no time for gloom, "Make more protein!" Nuclea shouts it clear, The whole cell jumps to action the second that they hear!

Mito's the power plant, humming loud and bright, Turning food to energy, giving the cell its might, Ribo's the factory worker, building proteins fast, Snap snap snap, another protein, built to last!

Membra's the bouncer standing at the door, Letting good stuff wander in, keeping troublemakers out, Cella's the goo that fills up all the space, Everybody floats and works inside this tiny place!

Nuclea, Mito, Ribo, Membra, Cella too, Five little workers, building one cell, just for you, Trillions of these cells are working in your bod, Each one a tiny city, doing its job!

Key Concepts: The core organelles, nucleus, mitochondria, ribosome, membrane, cytoplasm, each with one clear job a kid can picture (boss, power plant, factory worker, bouncer, goo) | Trillions of cells like this one make up a whole body | One level up the Vivix ladder from Meet the Macromolecules (proteins get built here, by Ribo)

Characters: Nuclea (nucleus), Mito (mitochondria), Ribo (ribosome), Membra (membrane), Cella (cytoplasm), new Vivix characters at the cell level

Key Words: cell, nucleus, mitochondria, ribosome, membrane, cytoplasm

Archetypal simplification: Real cells have dozens of specialized structures and far more complex regulation than "the boss shouts an order." The song keeps the five most kid-relevant organelles and their true core jobs, simplifying coordination to a factory-crew metaphor.
