Squander the Allowance!

SHHHH — coins everywhere!

Got my allowance Saturday, Five whole crispy ones! Walked into the corner store And I spent it all on... GUM!

One on gumballs! Two on chews! Three on a fizzy pop! Four on stickers, five on slime, And then my money STOPPED!

SQUANDER! SKWAHN-der! That means I wasted every cent! Squander squander! Gone gone gone! I don't even know where it went!

flap flap — empty wallet!

Now it's only Tuesday And my pockets blow with wind. I want a single jellybean — And I'm right back where I begin!

Next week I'll save a little, Maybe two, and spend the three! But oh, those glorious gumballs, I squandered them so happily!
