Catch the Mad
This song is not playable yet.
You can feel anger growing in your body and catch it early: before it bursts: by noticing the signs and blowing it out like a big balloon.
Catch the mad! (hey!) Catch the mad! (hey!) Catch it while it's small!
Face goes hot — my cheeks go RED, rumble-grumble bumpin' in my head, fists pull tight — squeeze, squeeze, squeeze — jaw locks up and my shoulders freeze. (uh-oh!)
Tick-tick — heart goes fast, little mad is growin', 'bout to BLAST! Chest goes BOOM like a marchin' drum — here it comes, here it comes, here it comes!
Catch the mad! (hey!) Catch the mad! (hey!) Catch it while it's small! Catch the mad! (hey!) Catch the mad! (hey!) Before it grows too tall!
Now puff up BIG like a big balloon — breathe it out, whooooosh, from my chest to my toes... PSSSSHHH! the big goes small, hands go loose, no mad at all.
Catch the mad! (hey!) Catch the mad! (hey!) Catch it while it's small! Catch the mad! (hey!) Catch the mad! (hey!) Before it grows too tall!
I stopped — I breathed — and POP! it flew away.
