I Know My Lines

I know my lines! (hey!) I know my lines! A big fat page? I cut it down to size — one little picture, three at a time, close my eyes and watch 'em climb!

[KID] Line one's a FROG on a purple chair. Line two's a PUDDLE — splash, right there! Line three's a DOG in a paper hat. boom! They snap in my brain like THAT!

Frog! Puddle! Dog! (hey!) Frog! Puddle! Dog! (go!) Three little pictures in a row — I know my lines, here comes the SHOW!

I know my lines! (hey!) I know my lines! One silly picture, watch me GO! Frog, then puddle, then dog, then ME — I know my lines, here comes the SHOW!

Run it once — run it twice — frog, puddle, dog, it locks up tight! Small piece, small piece, build it slow, 'til the whole big thing is good to go!

Frog! Puddle! Dog! (hey!) Frog! Puddle! Dog! (go!)

Curtain up and my heart goes WHOOSH — there's my frog on the purple chair! Out come the words in a happy rush, puddle and dog were waiting there!
